90% Merlot, 10% Shiraz
WINEMAKING
Made in the classical provencal style, this Rosé is made by pressing and fermenting the grapes as if creating a white wine. This meticulous approach ensures a delicate salmon hue, preserves exceptional fruit quality, and limits bitterness from tannins in the skins and seeds.

It's instantly appealing on the nose, presenting watermelon, crunchy apple, fig, and subtle spice notes. The palate is equally satisfying with a fine focus and delicate texture, splendidly supported by juicy acidity, offering terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2027.

The team may aim to make this Rose in the Provencal style, but the label is quintessential Barossa Valley, evoking memories of fine wines from past decades. The blend is 90% Merlot with 10% Shiraz.
The colour is an attractive pale orange/pink, while the nose gives us aromas weaving through wild raspberries, spices, red fruits and dry herbs. An attractive style of Rose with medium length, the wine broadens on the palate and will provide pleasant drinking over the next year or two.
