The below wines will be served in selected bars and restaurants on board, both by the glass or by the bottle. These wines will also be available to purchase from the master wine list on board to enjoy in your room.
The Château Single Vineyard
Cabernet Sauvignon
Selected from the finest 32 rows of Cabernet Sauvignon on our estate vineyard in the cool climate of the Eden Valley. This wine has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, redcurrant, and spice on the velvety smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins from 18 months’ maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Chardonnay
Hand-picked from select rows in our cool climate Eden Valley vineyard, the grapes are lightly basket pressed (20% whole bunch) before fermentation takes place in barrel. Regular lees stirring and 8 months maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques give this wine added complexity. Expect delicate, classic aromas of white peach, opulent pear and toasty brioche all leading to a sumptuous creamy palate of layer upon layer of lemon, citrus fruit and vanilla notes all balanced with a clean, mineral intensity.
Shiraz
This Shiraz originates from the deep sandy loam soils of the Château Tanunda Vine Vale vineyard, famous for some of the most elegant and fine-structured expressions of Barossa Shiraz. It is an opulent, full-bodied wine with lifted aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cracked pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate.

Grand Barossa
Chardonnay
A dry Chardonnay from a selection of vineyard blocks across the cool climate vineyards of the Eden and Barossa Valleys. Aromas of citrus fruits, melon and white peach lead to bright tropical fruit flavours on the palate with refreshing acidity.
Shiraz
Grand Barossa Shiraz is a selection from premium Barossa vineyard sites to create a Shiraz that reflects the character of all the diverse sub-regions of the Barossa. It has lifted aromas of blackberry, plum and black pepper are accompanied by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate.

Ebenezer District Shiraz
This elegant and structured wine is from the sandy soils of the northern Barossa district of Ebenezer. Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice. The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc-like tannins.
