Selected from old vines growing on sandy loam soil on our estate vineyard in Vine Vale.

TASTING NOTES

This is an opulent, full-bodied wine with lifted aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cracked pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate.  The extensive finish is framed by elegant fruit and fine-grained tannins. Although drinking well now this wine will benefit from medium-term cellaring.
