Shiraz is the Barossa’s most iconic and internationally acclaimed variety – expressing the true power and character of Old Vine fruit.

WINEMAKING
Hand-crafted using small open fermenters, gently basket pressed, and matured in fine American oak for 18 months. The American oak produces a richer, more opulent wine with rounder tannins and more overt oak influence showing depth and complexity in the Old Vine Shiraz 2023.

TASTING NOTES
This rich and concentrated Barossa Shiraz boasts bold dark berry fruits, subtle notes of spiced oak, and fine-grained tannins. Enjoy now or cellar up to 10 years from vintage.
