Premium Cuvée Brut Sparkling

A pristine non-vintage sparkling cuvee of Chardonnay (55%) and Pinot Noir (45%) utilising the delicate transfer method to attain the optimal fruit flavours, texture and bead in the wine. The wines that make up this blend undergo at least 12 months en tirage in bottle before disgorging and preparing for bottling.

Delicate mousse and bursting with aromas of green apples, lemons and light raspberry fruits complimented by a hint of brioche leading to a rich, clean finish.
