The Château Eden Valley Riesling 2013
Tasting Notes

This unique single vineyard wine displays all the delicacy, elegance and finesse that can be achieved from this most noble variety. The nose shows lifted aromas of lime blossom and citrus fruits, while the palate has great intensity and length with mouth-watering acidity.  Excellent natural acidity along with an intense aromatic fruit profile.

Vinification

Picked early in the morning, the fruit was delivered cool to the winery. Gentle pressing followed by juice settling, then racked to cool fermentation at 14 ⁰ C for about two weeks. Bottled with no other influence, so as to retain freshness, delicacy and elegance.
